EVC Group is frequently asked by its clients to provide counsel on “best practices” disclosure related to corporate governance, based on our experience with many companies. We work with our clients’ attorneys to help with disclosure policies, “whistle-blowing” and other specific investor relations governance issues and we have drafted policies for various board committees. We will also work with the investor relations website provider to post the policies, as required.
